TERMS OF PAYMENT

On the date of signing the agreement you pay 10 percent of the total amount of the mebership fee. Within 20 days you pay an additional 40 percent of the total amount.

Two months from the date of signing the agreement you pay another 40 percent of the total amount. The final 10 percent will be payed when the apartment are finished.

Please observe that when buying a "ready to move in" object, the whole

amount should be payed when signing the lease agreement
