Hyresobjekteten är full möblerade med basinredning såsom sängkläder, handdukar, bestick, glas, tallrikar, konservöppnare, kastruller, stekpannor, brödrost, diskhandukar, städartiklar, säng, sängbord, garderob, köksbord, soffgrupp, tv, tv-möbel, cd/radio, bord samt sittgrupp på terrassen.
Hyrestagaren äger tillträde till områdets samtliga faciliteter.
Extra kostnader tillkommer för vissa tjänster såsom städning (650 Baht) , tvätt av sängkläder, hämtning på flygplatsen etc. vilket betalas i samband med utcheckning.

cancellation of the reservation, and /or immediate removal from the property without refund.
1. PREMISES –All furniture, fixtures and appliances are new or in great condition. Person
renting the property is responsible for the condition of all items interior and exterior. Please
advise of anything out of the normal when arriving. Person reserving this property must be the person occupying the premises, or owner has the right to refuse occupancy and treat this reservation as a cancellation and retain deposit and all monies paid. The Property must be occupied by the Guest identified herein and all occupants of the premises shall be supervised by that Guest for the entire duration of the rental period. Guest agrees that this Agreement may not be assigned or the Property sublet for any reason. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for immediate eviction. Pets Prohibited on premises, unless otherwise noted in “Special Comments”.
2. PAYMENT – Full deposit is required before arrival. Payment in full is due 10 days
prior to keys delivered or arrival date. Guest shall not be entitled to possession unless and until the entire amount has been paid. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., check out time is at 12:00 a.m.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY – In the event of a cancellation, the rental deposit and all monies
paid will be forfeited. In the event the property is re-rented, some monies can be paid back, less certain fees. All cancellations must be in writing. If Guest has not checked-in within 24 hours of the arrival date, the reservation may be cancelled and the entire deposit forfeited. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or for activities beyond control of Owner.
